Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • The item requires the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some goods are exempt from being returned unless defective. These include perishable goods, personalised items, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Refunds

Shipping
